Change Login and Transaction Password : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

How to change Login and Transaction Password in SBI Kiosk Banking? First of all click on "SBI Others Services" in Menu Option Bar and after click Drop Down Menu appear choose Change Login Password as shown in image Note: If you have forgot your Login Password then you need to call your Technical Partner to reset password. after choose new Screen will appear as below image Here you will need to fill current login password and after then enter new password of your choice. Re enter new login password and click Submit window will promote you to Log Out click on logout. EKYC : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

How to do EKYC of Customer? EKYC full form is Electronic-Know Your Customer. In SBI Kiosk Banking you can do EKYC of your Customer for EKYC you have need Customer's Aadhar Card. Here EKYC means Electrically Know Your Customer. Click on SBI Others Services in drop down menu choose EKYC(see Image Below) after choosing "EKYC" you will see below screen EKYC SBI Kiosk Banking Now enter customer's UID Number and click on Button FPCapture Now click on any one finger to capture and press "Capture" Now click on other finger to capture and put Customer's finger print on Device and after successfully captured you will see EKYC generated slip like below this is ok.
