Time Out Transaction Enquiry : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

When servers are too busy or your internet connection is slow then some time transaction goes failed. In this option you can inquiry about failed transaction due to Time Out. IN SBI Kiosk Main Menu go on SBI Others Services and in drop down Menu select "Timed Out Transaction Enquiry" If any transaction was failed due to time out then that will appear here otherwise below screen will appear Timed Out Payment Acknowledgement: Acknowledgement list of timed out payment can be viewed here with there status. IN SBI Kiosk Main Menu go on SBI Others Services and in drop down Menu select "Timed Out Payment Acknowledgement"  After clicking on this all related entries will appear like below In given Entries select which one you want refund and click on refund a message from web page will appear select OK Click on Authorize and go enter your transaction password if promote and you have successfully refunded Timed Out Payment.

Agent Aadhaar Seeding : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

In SBI Kiosk Banking Kiosk Operator or Agent can Seed their Aadhaar Number in System. After successful seeding of Aadhaar number operator can Login through his Aadhaar Number or UID Authentication System. In this post you can learn about aadhar link to SBI Kiosk System. Process of seeding Adhaar number is very easy follow a few steps guide  Click "on Agent Adhaar Seeding" option from SBI Kiosk Main Menu Enter Agent Aadhaar Number in given text boxes and click on Authenticate you will goes to new screen for Authentication Capture finger print and you have done. Change Login and Transaction Password : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

How to change Login and Transaction Password in SBI Kiosk Banking? First of all click on "SBI Others Services" in Menu Option Bar and after click Drop Down Menu appear choose Change Login Password as shown in image Note: If you have forgot your Login Password then you need to call your Technical Partner to reset password. after choose new Screen will appear as below image Here you will need to fill current login password and after then enter new password of your choice. Re enter new login password and click Submit window will promote you to Log Out click on logout. Re-Open your Brouser open https://kiosk.onlinesbi.com Enter your Login ID and New created Password and login that's OK.  Change Transaction Password Once again click on "SBI Others Services" in Menu Option Bar and after click Drop Down Menu appear choose Change Transaction Password as shown in image above Now Fill your Current Transaction Password and then Enter twice your New Tr

EKYC : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

How to do EKYC of Customer? EKYC full form is Electronic-Know Your Customer. In SBI Kiosk Banking you can do EKYC of your Customer for EKYC you have need Customer's Aadhar Card. Here EKYC means Electrically Know Your Customer. Click on SBI Others Services in drop down menu choose EKYC(see Image Below) after choosing "EKYC" you will see below screen EKYC SBI Kiosk Banking Now enter customer's UID Number and click on Button FPCapture Now click on any one finger to capture and press "Capture" Now click on other finger to capture and put Customer's finger print on Device and after successfully captured you will see EKYC generated slip like below this is ok.
