Sub KO Creation : SBI Kiosk Banking Option

In this option you can create sub kiosk operator which will operate your kiosk in absence of you. SBI allow only person (owner) who has contracted to operate the kiosk due to liabilities and Security reasons.But a person have many ways of work so he can't live only on one location some time he needs to out of city or his location in this case he can create a sub kiosk operator who will work on behalf of him.

Creation of Sub Kiosk Operator 

click on menu option "Sub KO Creation"

Click on "Create Sub KO"

Here three sections which would be completed by you 

  1. Sub KO Details
  1. Sub KO Valid Details
  1. Address Details
Above three forms of information are compulsory to fill. You carefully fill all details of Sub KO like Name, Date of Birth, Address, Identification number etc. In the option User role you contact your technical branch of Chanel partner. After fill all details capture finger prints to validate details and submit the form Now you have needs to Authenticate Sub KO.
How to Authenticate Sub Kiosk Operator?
To Authenticate Sub Kiosk Operator click on "Authorize KO/Sub KO"
Now fill user ID, Name and click on Search When Search process completed you will see your Sub KO ID then click on ID and Capture Finger Print and you have Done.

How to change Login and Transaction Password in SBI Kiosk Banking? First of all click on "SBI Others Services" in Menu Option Bar and after click Drop Down Menu appear choose Change Login Password as shown in image Note: If you have forgot your Login Password then you need to call your Technical Partner to reset password. after choose new Screen will appear as below image Here you will need to fill current login password and after then enter new password of your choice. SBI KIOSK OTHER SERVICES

SBI OTHER SERVICES IN MAIN MENU GENERATE COI FOR SSS: In this menu kiosk can generate Certificate of Insurance ( Receipt) for customers who are insured in Prdhan Mantri Insurence Schemes like PMJJBY and PMSBY. For use this service Go to SBI Kiosk Main Menu and Select GENERATE COI FOR SSS.  Now fill Customer's Account Number and submit. Authorize Finger Print and take Print Out and Provide to Customer. RESET SINGLE FP: Some time Finger Print Device is unable to Capture and authorize Customer's Finger Print. And KIOSK System demand same proper Finger for authentication which is not captured. So in this case KIOSK Operator needs to Reset or Change customer's Default finger in authentication system so that other new Finger come in process of authentication and customer can do their Transaction.
